About the client

Regional public authority that deals with legislative powers in relation to all topics not expressly assigned to State legislation.

The aim of the project

The focus of the whole project is to provide the possibility to automatically reconcile payments received from the Region with the taxes to be paid by taxpayers, through the development of a web platform that can collect data from official sources and send them to the reconciliation engine.

The Path

Start

The team carries out a feasibility study that begins with a dialogue with the customer to understand the needs and the flows to be implemented on the application and continues with the definition of the functionalities, the data management and the choice of programming languages.November 2020 - January 2021

Tribute development

Development of the four tributes begins. There are releases every 6 weeks to show partial results to the customer. A new tribute is managed with each release. The working methodology is Agile. January 2021 - July 2021

Testing

During the testing phase, the team carries out tests on the app and verifies its correct functioning. Regione Campania receives the credentials to freely access the created environment. July 2021 - January 2022

Release & Bug Fixing

In January 2022 the team released the web platform and fixed bugs. The user manual is also provided, giving the next steps to be taken. January 2022 - March 2022
